The Project
The property built in 1899 is a stately stuccoed building and through its historical details is a listed building. Therefore the house in intentionally not subjected to a "luxury renovation".
APARTMENTS IN A HISTORIC BUILDING
The apartment are offered in their current unrenovated condition. They have an attractive layout and enable many living design variations.
FITTINGS
Original parquet or wooden flooring, impressive ceiling highs, classic stucco details, high double doors as well as in part, the original historic ovens....more of a historic building is not possible.
COLLECTIVE OWNERSHIP
Currently the staircases are being renovated and the inner courtyard re-designed. Also a new, larger room accessible from the pavement for bicycles and prams is being created. In addition, planning permission has been granted for a lift, conversion of the attic level as well as more balconies to the inner courtyard the implementation of which is planned for the coming year.
