The property built in 1899 is a stately stuccoed building and through its  historical details is a listed building. Therefore the house in intentionally not subjected to a "luxury renovation".

In addition, planning permission has been granted for a lift, conversion of the attic level as well as more balconies to the inner courtyard the implementation of which is planned for the coming year.
